NCS Solutions in Malaysia is seeking an experienced procurement and supply chain leader to drive high-performance teams. The role emphasizes robust leadership of a 6-person BOM analyst group, strategic process transformations, and collaboration with IT to automate workflows.

The incumbent will steer adoption of the MTCM system, oversee automation of repetitive tasks, and foster stakeholder alignment across global operations, delivering measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical background with tools like E2Open, Alteryx, Tableau, Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated success in leading process transformations and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle competing priorities in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 6 BOM analysts.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture based on trust and accountability, with continuous development.
• Provide approvals and remove blockers, as needed.
• Lead the adoption and integration of the Multi-Tier Cost Management (MTCM) system and drive automation of manual processes across the team’s scope.
