Ansell Global Trading Center (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Seremban seeks a Costing Executive to manage standard costs, BOMs, and month-end close. You will partner with Operations to drive cost reduction and productivity improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred.
3–5 years related experience in an accounts/costing role.
Knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and International Accounting Standards.
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update standard costs for raw materials and packaging in ERP; analyze variances.
Manage costing master data including BOMs, routings, and costing structures.
Execute month-end close for manufacturing costing, inventory valuation and COGS.
Perform detailed cost and variance analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Review overhead allocation and absorption rates for accurate product costing.
Provide costing insights to support cost reduction and productivity improvements.
Prepare and maintain standard cost roll-ups for new finished goods and year-on-year cost analysis.
Support forecasts, budgets and business plans with costing assumptions.
