Job summary

PrimaBaguz, a Malaysia-based food manufacturer and part of Johnsonville, is hiring a Costing Analyst on a 6-month contract at Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. You will analyze cost structures, perform target costing, and support monthly closings with accurate GP and SKU profitability data.

Your role requires 2 years of cost accounting experience, hands-on SAP or ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with Finance and Production to drive cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Accounting/Finance or equivalents.
• 2 years’ experience in cost accounting.
• Hands-on SAP or any ERP system is a great advantage.
• Strong costing knowledge and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially excel tools and functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly cost of goods sold and GP reports by SKU/customer.
• Conduct monthly closing for process orders and WIP.
• Analyze production variance and PPV to identify cost drivers.
• Maintain BOM accuracy before standard cost runs.
