Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction or electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Evaluate tender documents, analyse quotations, and assist in tender preparation and awards.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow and variations to keep within budgets.
• Prepare interim progress claims, final accounts and variation orders.
• Conduct site measurements and valuation of work done.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on cost and contractual matters.
