Job summary

Swisresources in Shah Alam is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting and bills of quantities for construction projects. Working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday, with location in Shah Alam.

The role involves evaluating tender documents, monitoring costs and cash flow, and preparing interim claims, final accounts, and variation orders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and 2–3 years in the construction or electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction or electrical engineering.

• Evaluate tender documents, analyse quotations, and assist in tender preparation and award recommendations.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and variations to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
• Prepare interim progress claims, final accounts, and variation orders.
• Conduct site measurements and valuation of work done.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on cost and contractual matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years in the construction industry / electrical engineering
