Jora Malaysia in Penang seeks a senior procurement and supply chain leader to guide a team of BOM analysts and drive strategic improvements. You will mentor staff, foster a high-performance culture, and remove blockers to keep operations globally aligned.

Partnering with IT and business systems, you will drive automation and define automated end-states, aiming to reduce administrative burden and enable transformative change across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical background with systems exposure (e.g., E2Open, Alteryx, Tableau, Smartsheet).
• Strategic Thinking: Led process transformations and change management initiatives.
• Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, ability to prioritize in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 6 BOM analysts.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, and development.
• Provide approvals and remove blockers as needed.
• Lead the adoption and integration of the Multi-Tier Cost Management (MTCM) system.
• Drive automation of manual processes across the team’s scope.
• Collaborate with IT to define automated end-states and reduce admin burden.
