Job summary

VealthMe in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a driven Corporate Wellness Consultant to grow our corporate client base. You will engage HR and management decision-makers, assess wellness needs and propose VealthMe solutions, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.

This is a client-facing role with opportunities to earn commissions (5–8%), and a monthly base salary of 3,000–5,000 RM, plus benefits including medical and annual health screening. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• 2–5 years of sales, business development or corporate account management experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health screening, corporate wellness, employee benefits insurance, corporate training, hospitality, property or other B2B industries encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach and client visits.
• Build relationships with HR, People & Culture, Learning & Development and management decision-makers.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend VealthMe health screening, wellness and engagement solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution briefings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
• Follow up to build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
