Job summary

SEMICO Technology SDN. BHD. is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to support the CSO in planning, initiatives and special projects. The role involves financial, market and industry research, plus preparing management reports and corporate papers.

You will monitor strategic projects, coordinate with internal teams and liaise with external partners. The position requires a degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant corporate management, finance, or strategic planning experience.
• Public-listed corporate environment experience is a plus.
• Strong business, financial and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; able to prepare professional reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the CSO in corporate planning, business initiatives and special projects.
• Conduct business, financial, market and industry research and analysis.
• Assist in reviewing new opportunities, investments and partnerships.
• Prepare consolidated management reports and corporate papers.
• Monitor strategic projects and deadlines; follow up on action items.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support corporate initiatives.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate management meetings.
• Liaise with partners, advisers and financial institutions on assigned matters.
• Provide general corporate and administrative support to the CSO.
