Private Advertiser in Kuantan, Pahang seeks an executive in the Corporate Division, reporting to the Manager of the Chief Executive Officer's Office or Head of Corporate Division. The role is based in Kuantan, Pahang, with responsibilities spanning preparation of meeting papers, reports, and corporate communications.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business-related fields, with at least 1 year of experience, strong data analysis, ICT literacy, and excellent English/Malay

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or related field with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Strong data analysis, report writing and project paper preparation skills.
• Good ICT literacy and willingness to learn office management systems; proficient in Microsoft Office and related presentation apps (Copilot, Claude, Notebook).
• Good communication, writing and proofreading skills in Malay and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing meeting papers, project papers, management reports, presentations and corporate communication materials for company stakeholders.
• Collect, analyse and interpret business data to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements and legal documents related to company business activities.
• Assist in ensuring project implementation complies with company policies, standards and procedures, as well as related regulatory requirements.
• Execute special assignments and projects as directed by the Division Head or Management.
