Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Senior Finance Executive (Corporate Reporting) to lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and financial reporting.

You will prepare consolidated financial statements, notes, and support Bursa Malaysia reporting, ensure MFRS/IFRS compliance, coordinate external audits and ESG disclosure, and help implement new accounting standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in group reporting, financial consolidation, external audit or listed company reporting.
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation, consolidated financial statements and statutory disclosures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with consolidation/reporting systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, disclosure notes and support Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements.
• Perform consolidation adjustments, intercompany reconciliations, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS, Bursa requirements and Group policies.
• Coordinate external audits and support implementation of new accounting standards.
• Support sustainability/ESG reporting (IFRS S1/S2, NSRF and Bursa requirements).
• Coordinate enterprise risk management, business continuity planning and follow-up on audit findings.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and ensure compliance with ISO, company policies and procedures.
