G-AsiaPacific in Malaysia is seeking a dependable Corporate Driver to transport the employer and passengers safely. You will keep the company car clean, maintain records, and remain on-call as required.

This role requires punctuality, discretion, and a calm, professional attitude in a busy environment. The company offers a car for use, parking, and benefits including paid leave and medical coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Must have valid driving licence.
• Minimum 1 year driving experience preferred.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Drive the employer and/or other designated passengers safely as the company driver.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and the vehicle at all times, upholding strict confidentiality regarding employer and client affairs.
• Maintain the company car in a clean, tidy, and excellent condition at all times.
• Monitor and replenish oil, petrol, water, and tyres as needed, and ensure the vehicle is sent for scheduled maintenance and servicing.
• Keep track of the vehicle's road tax, insurance, parking coupons, and other renewal schedules, ensuring all remain valid.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits set by the Road Transport Department, at all times.
• Utilise Google Maps, Waze, or similar tools to determine optimal travel routes and times.
• Deliver documents to external offices or locations as necessary.
• Maintain a travel log to accurately record working hours and trips.
• Remain alert and in a clear state of mind while on duty, and refrain from alcohol influence at all times.
• Be contactable and available at all times, present punctually at designated locations during working hours and stand-by time slots.
• Take on ad hoc instructions and assignments from the employer or company management as required.
• Strictly adhere to the company's rules, policies, directives, and instructions at all times.

entrusted with the safe and timely transport of the employer and other passengers, while ensuring the company

vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and road-ready. This role calls for punctuality, discretion, and a calm,

responsible approach to every trip, as you'll often be the first and last point of contact in a busy day. If you take

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a valid Driving Licence.
• At least 1 year of experience as a driver is preferred.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly confidential, reliable, and responsible in handling day-to-day tasks.
• Non-smoker preferred.
