Responsibilities

• Must be able to drive to/from JB - Singapore (Monday to Friday)
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly whilst adhering to traffic regulations and company policies
• Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations
• Able to handle different types of vehicles with confidence (sedan, SUV, MPV)
• Maintain & upkeep vehicles
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues
• Keep accurate records of journeys, fuel consumption, maintenance and vehicle expenses
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during all journey
• Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling, vehicle issues and incidents

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to join our team based in Iskandar Puteri Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, courteous and efficient driving services. You will be the trusted point of contact for transportation needs, ensuring that all journeys are completed punctually and to the highest standards of professionalism. This position plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operations and logistics of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Must be able to drive to/from JB - Singapore (Monday to Friday)
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly whilst adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies
• Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations
• Able to handle different types of vehicles with confidence (sedan, SUV, MPV)

• Keep accurate records of journeys, fuel consumption, maintenance and vehicle expenses

What we're looking for

• A valid driving licence with a clean driving record
• SPM or Diploma
• Proficient in spoken & written English
• Age between 35 to 45 years old
• Mature & logical thinking
• Must be punctual & trustworthy
• Confident in handling traffic / immigration situation
• Proven experience as a professional driver in a similar role (min. 3 years)
• Proficient with navigation systems (i.e. Waze or Google Maps)
• Strong time management and route planning skills to ensure punctuality and efficiency
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional under pressure
• Reliability, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information or undertaking confidential journeys
• A commitment to vehicle and passenger safety, with full understanding of relevant traffic laws
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining regular communication with management
