Columbia Asia Group is seeking an Executive for Corporate Client Services in Malaysia to support health transformation and NCD initiatives. You will manage backend operations, engage participants, and ensure high-quality program delivery onsite and online.

The Corporate Client Services - Executive plays a key supporting role in delivering high-quality corporate wellness programs, including health transformation, prediabetes care, and other non-communicable disease (NCD) initiatives. Reporting directly to the Corporate Client Services Manager, this role focuses on the operational, administrative, and engagement aspects of program execution-both onsite and online.
The Executive will ensure smooth backend operations, high participant engagement, and accurate data management, contributing to evidence-based outcomes in line with the Ministry of Health Malaysia's Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG).
Program Backend & Engagement Management
Host and manage the program's engagement platform to ensure a smooth participant experience.
Plan and execute activities that maintain a high rate of engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Assist in onsite and online activities involving participants, hospitals, and vendors, ensuring professional delivery and adherence to program standards.
Apply a strong understanding of wellness, general health, and fitness principles to effectively support program activities.
Content & Document Preparation
Create program materials such as posters, forms, and questionnaires based on content provided by the program leader.
Ensure that all materials are professional, accurate, and align with the program's clinical and wellness objectives.
Data Management & Reporting
Collect, compile, and consolidate data from various program activities for analysis and reporting purposes.
Maintain accurate records to support program monitoring and evaluation.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials required for program execution.
Maintain good working relationships with service providers to ensure quality and reliability.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Sports Science, Wellness Management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of wellness, general health, and fitness concepts.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to engage participants and sustain program interest.
Organized and methodical approach to data collection and documentation.
Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Enthusiastic about promoting health and wellness in corporate settings.
