Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara (THKD) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Group Business Development & Marketing to lead marketing initiatives and partnerships in Malaysia.
The role requires a degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Admin and 3–5 years in healthcare marketing, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to travel for events and outreach.

A minimum of Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare / fertility industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Possesses own transport and willing to travel for events and outreach activities.

Executes strategic initiatives to manage affiliates and partners in order to increase revenue and grow market share.
Coordinates communication, follow-up actions, and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships and expand market share.
Plans and coordinates marketing campaigns to increase patient volume and support hospital revenue growth. Works with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and within deadlines.
Coordinates and executes events such as health talks, webinars, community engagement, and outreach programs.
Plans social media content and marketing materials to drive brand awareness in line with marketing objectives.
Assists in identifying new business opportunities and supports the exploration of new avenues to grow revenue and strengthen the centre’s position as a preferred healthcare provider in Malaysia.
Customizes retention programs and continuously identifies areas for improvement to build loyalty and brand affinity.
Coordinates the execution of agreements, develops and maintains marketing/business development presentations, and secures sponsorships for marketing projects.
Tracks and analyses patient leads, event and campaign conversions, and engagement rates, providing regular performance reports and insights to support data-driven improvements.
At all times, maintains strict confidentiality of any information encountered during the course of duties.
