APRIL Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. You will coordinate the sales force, manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate required information to keep operations running smoothly.

The role includes after-sales support, timely processing of orders, and notifying clients of delays. A degree in the related field is required, and 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
• Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
