Elitez Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks an Engineer to support its cooling tower product portfolio, perform and evaluate thermal calculations, and develop application solutions aligned with market requirements.

You will work with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product specifications, provide technical input for brochures and proposals, and help drive new product opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in cooling towers or heat exchange applications.
• Practical understanding of heat exchange products, operation, selection and applications.
• Strong understanding of cooling tower thermal calculations and heat transfer principles.
• Ability to work independently after onboarding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication with Marketing, R&D and Engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain technical understanding of the cooling tower portfolio.
• Understand thermal calculation principles to guide product improvements.
• Independently evaluate cooling tower applications and recommend configurations.
• Translate market and customer requirements into product specifications.
• Liaise with R&D on new products and modifications based on market needs.
• Provide technical input for brochures, proposals, and answers to customer inquiries.
• Undertake tasks assigned by superior.
