Responsabilidades

• Strategic Project & Operational Transition: oversee ORAT phase and ensure seamless handover from construction to operations.
• Technical Facilities Management: lead engineering/maintenance strategy for high-rise infrastructure, MEP, VTP, and spire.
• Parking & Logistics Operations: manage multi-level parking, optimize traffic flow and last-mile delivery for tenants.
• Security & Life Safety: direct Integrated Security Strategy, ensure Fire Life Safety compliance, and crisis management planning.
• ICT Operation & Smart Precinct Management: supervise high-speed networks, IoT, data security, and 24/7 IT continuity.
