Job summary

Malaysian Bar seeks a conveyancing professional to draft, arrange, and execute SPA, loan documents, discharge of charge, and related conveyancing instruments. You will independently manage files from sub-sale to developer projects, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will liaise with clients, developers, bankers and government departments to move transactions forward, monitor deadlines, and maintain professional client relationships throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of conveyancing experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and arrange for execution of SPA, loan docs, discharge of charge and related conveyancing documents.
• Handle conveyancing files from initiation to completion (sub-sale, developer projects, loan files).
• Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and government departments to facilitate transactions.
• Monitor timelines and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual deadlines.
• Provide regular progress updates to supervising lawyers and maintain client relationships.
