Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Operations Management, Information Systems / Data Analytics or related fields.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes; good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational administrative tasks and documentation
• Maintain and update operational trackers, reports, and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy across Google Sheets / Excel
• Assist with order processing, status updates, and exception tracking
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor order flow, fulfilment, and delivery status
• Track SLA performance, missed cases, and pending breach risks
• Identify operational exceptions and elevate issues promptly
• Support daily control tower reporting and performance summaries
• Assist in coordination between operations, warehouse, and transport teams
• Perform data validation and basic analysis for reporting
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by the operations team
• Support audits, reconciliations, and operational reviews
• Assist with any other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor
