Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Contracts professional to support contract preparation, review, and negotiation.
You will advise management on contractual obligations, work with project teams to control costs, evaluate variations and change orders, and ensure procurement and contract execution remains cost-effective.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in QS / Contracts management.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills
