Qualifications

• Experience in contracts, trademarks, and licensing preferred
• Good understanding of corporate compliance
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Able to communicate clearly Bahasa Melayu and English

Responsibilities

• Handle company legal matters and provide basic legal advice
• Manage trademarks, intellectual property, and renewals
• ESG document requirement and submission
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and licensing agreements
• Ensure company complies with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain legal documents and statutory records
• Support dispute handling and coordinate with external lawyers if needed
• Monitor compliance risks and update management
