Job summary

Naue Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced legal/commercial professional to draft, review and negotiate routine contracts while coordinating compliance and governance activities in Malaysia. You will align with the Group Legal Counsel in Germany and manage document filing and approvals.

Responsibilities include licensing, permits, insurance coordination, and ad-hoc legal support for management. Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating routine commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with Malaysian contract and data protection requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with group legal counsel and external advisers.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate routine commercial contracts and agreements.
• Support compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with Company Secretary and external lawyers on documents.
• Handle licensing, permits, and insurance coordination.
• Provide ad-hoc legal-administrative support to management.
