SCIB Industrialised Building System Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent legal professional to draft, prepare and review agreements, contracts and related documents for the in-house department.

You will assist with litigation and conveyancing matters, maintain systematic filing, liaise with internal teams and external counsel, conduct legal research, and support management with timely risk assessments and compliant actions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law (LL.B.) or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in legal practice or in-house legal environment.
• Basic understanding of conveyancing, contract, corporate and construction law.
• Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft, prepare and review agreements, contracts and other related legal documents.
• Assist the department on litigation and conveyancing related matters.
• Manage and maintain systematic filing of all documents of the legal department.
• Liaise with relevant inter-departments to ensure appropriate courses of action for identified legal risks.
• Liaise with external lawyers on any legal matters.
• Conduct necessary legal research on any legal issues and updates.
