A.D. Family Office in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced legal/compliance professional to support the Head of Department in drafting, vetting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and documents, ensuring regulatory submissions and licensing compliance.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, knowledge of Malaysian law, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across functions; candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Draft, review and manage contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal/compliance reporting to regulators.
• Advise internal stakeholders on policy and regulatory matters.
• Maintain internal legal contract database.
• Liaise with external lawyers and regulators.

• Assist Head of Department on compliance submissions with regulators.
• Build relationships with external legal advisors.
• Ensure statutory renewals and licensing compliance.
