Job summary

Responsibilities

To draft, review and vet all commercial documentations for the Company.
To provide legal advice to respective business divisions of the Company.
To highlight, monitor and deal with threatened legal actions and liaise with external solicitors.
To monitor changes to relevant laws and regulatory issues affecting the business.
