Job summary

ANEKA BENA MN SDN BHD (ABMN) seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our Melaka project site on a contract basis. You will ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedule.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in site supervision, strong leadership, ability to read drawings, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; CIDB registration preferred. Travel to site as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proven health, safety and environmental management on sites.
• Excellent leadership and team management; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to read architectural and engineering drawings; CIDB registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities per plans and timelines.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce site regulations.
• Manage resources, equipment, and materials on site.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and progress documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients on progress and changes.
• Provide toolbox talks and on-site training to workers.
