Qualifikationen

• Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, external auditors and tax agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy or ACCA/CPA/MIA; proven experience in financial reporting, tax computation, and external audit liaison.

Aufgaben

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Review monthly financial reports, financial statements, and cash flow management in full compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Audit Management: Lead and manage the annual audit process; liaise directly with external auditors to ensure smooth completion.
• Taxation & Compliance: Prepare tax and deferred tax computations, handle CP204 tax estimations, and liaise with tax agents on all tax-related matters.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic management decisions.
• Group Reporting: Assist with financial consolidation and quarterly announcements.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Support and execute other ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
