Job summary

PGH Group Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative video editor based in Selangor to plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging advertising videos for social platforms including Facebook and Instagram. You will craft compelling narratives, captions, and scripts aligned with branding and marketing objectives.

You should be proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut, comfortable meeting tight deadlines, and able to manage multiple projects while incorporating feedback and testing variations

Qualifications

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Familiar with advertising video structure and social media video trends.
• Possess basic design sense, video composition, and aesthetic skills.
• Able to create motion subtitles and simple animations.
• Creative, independent, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong time management skills and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Open to feedback, revisions, and quick adjustments.
• Performance-driven mindset with understanding of KPI, CTR, ROAS, and video performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce advertising video content.
• Edit various advertisement videos for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Produce high-conversion advertising videos aligned with company sales goals.
• Optimize advertising creatives and create multiple video versions for A/B testing.
• Understand marketing direction and customer pain points to produce engaging sales-driven videos.
• Prepare captions, copywriting, and video script ideas aligned with branding and marketing objectives.
• Ensure monthly video deliverables are completed according to KPI and campaign goals.
