Job summary

LUMIINA PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE in Penang seeks a creative Video Editor to shape engaging content for our social channels and paid campaigns. You will assemble raw footage, apply edits, and craft videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in video editing, preferably for ecommerce or digital marketing, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is required, with a keen eye for pacing,

Qualifications

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling raw footage, applying creative edits, and producing highly engaging video content for our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, knows how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds, and can edit videos that drive both views and sales conversions.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably for e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media agencies.

Software Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut (Desktop), Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Creative Mindset: Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual call-to-actions (CTAs).

Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Portfolio: A solid portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing style (especially short-form content).

Communication: Good team player with positive communication skills.
