The role involves daily live sessions, audience interaction, and content optimization to boost bookings. You will track performance, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with the team to maximize reach and impact.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Customer Service Management, or Call Centre Operations.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and social media trends.
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage audiences and interact with customers.
• Able to create and edit short videos using tools such as CapCut.

• Live hosting: conduct 3 live sessions daily, 2 hours per session, on assigned social media platforms.

• Engage with viewers, answer enquiries, and encourage bookings.
• Track live session and content performance, including views, engagement, enquiries, and leads.
• Prepare basic activity reports as required.

Live Hosting

Requirements
