Job summary

Mandom (M) Sdn Bhd, an established marketing and distribution company behind GATSBY, seeks a confident Live Streaming Host for our brand channels in Malaysia. You will plan and host engaging streams on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada, interact with viewers in real time, and showcase products.

Ideal candidates have at least SPM, strong on-camera presence, fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English, and experience managing social media like TikTok.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above.
• Experience as a host and streamer preferred.
• Experience in managing social media such as TikTok.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host livestreams on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.
• Monitor viewer engagement and adapt content and approach to maximize audience interaction.
• Demonstrate and showcase product features, answer questions, and provide real-time product recommendations during livestream.
• Prepare scripts and flows to ensure smooth live sessions.
• Make livestreams as interactive and engaging as possible.
• Involve in livestream process, including scheduling, planning, and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Host livestreams on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada
• Monitor viewer engagement and adapt content and approach to maximize audience interaction
• Demonstrate and showcase product features, answer questions, and provide real-time product recommendations during livestream
• Prepare scripts and flows to ensure smooth live sessions
• Make livestreams as interactive and engaging as possible
• Involve in livestream process, including scheduling, planning, and marketing

About you

• Minimum SPM and above

• Confident on camera or in front of live audiences
• Ability to engage, entertain, and build rapport with viewers and customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; other languages or dialects a plus
