Job summary

Mommyhana Creative in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic content creator to plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos and campaign materials for social media.

You will help manage social media engagement, assist the Director with scheduling and events, travel when required, and maintain organised content files. Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is essential, plus confidence on camera.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in multimedia, design, marketing or communications.
• 1+ year of relevant content creation experience; strong portfolio required.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop or Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and produce engaging short-form videos for social media.
• Prepare posters, testimonials and campaign materials for live sessions and events.
• Assist in managing social media engagement and content updates.
• Support the Director with scheduling, meetings and documents.
• Coordinate travel, events and other operational tasks when needed.
• Organise content files and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Take on ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

• To plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging content for social media platforms;
• To prepare videos, posters, testimonials, and materials for campaigns, LIVE sessions, and company events;
• To assist in managing social media engagement, enquiries, and content updates;
• To assist the Director with scheduling, meetings, appointments, documents, reminders, and follow-ups;
• To coordinate errands, travel arrangements, events, and other operational matters when required;
• To organise content files, recordings, and relevant documents accordingly;
• To maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company and personal matters;
• To perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Management from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion deem fit.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other editing software.
• Creative, organised, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Confident in appearing on camera and producing short-form video content.
• Good communication, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required.
• Flexible to work beyond normal working hours, during events, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.
