Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated content creator to join our digital marketing team. You will help produce videos, scripts, and social media content for a Mandarin-speaking audience.

No prior experience is required; training and guidance will be provided. You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to grow the brand presence online.

Responsibilities

• Create Scroll-Stopping Visuals & Videos: take simple product and lifestyle videos for ad creatives; basic shooting/editing.
• Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: craft short, impactful scripts for products and ideas.
• Coordinate with Talents & KOCs: source and communicate with talents for shoots.
• Photo Shooting & Editing: shoot product photos and edit for e-commerce and social media.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: assist content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram campaigns.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with marketing leads, designers, and product teams.
• Conversion & Traffic Content: produce content aimed at driving conversions and traffic.
• Market Awareness & Audience Insight: stay updated on trends and target audience.
• Branding & Visual Aesthetics: strong sense of branding and layout; use AI tools for visuals.
• Data Tracking & Performance Analysis: track and optimize traffic/lead generation.
• Social Media Management: build/manage personal or brand social platforms.
• E-commerce Experience: familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

• Create Scroll-Stopping Visuals & Videos: Take simple product and lifestyle videos for ad creatives. Handle basic shooting and editing.

• Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Write short, impactful scripts that sell products and ideas. Creativity and clarity are key.

• Coordinate with Talents & KOCs: Source and communicate with talents and key opinion customers (KOCs) to participate in your content shoots.

• Photo Shooting & Editing: Shoot product photos and edit them for use in e-commerce platforms, social media, and advertisements.

• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in content preparation for ongoing digital campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing leads, designers, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.

• Conversion & Traffic Content Expertise: Able to create both conversion-driven and traffic-driven content to achieve marketing goals.

• Market Awareness & Audience Insight: Stay updated with market trends and understand what appeals to target customers.

• Branding & Visual Aesthetics: Possess a strong sense of branding, layout design, and ability to create visuals using AI tools.

• Data Tracking & Performance Analysis: Capable of tracking, analyzing, and optimizing traffic and lead generation performance.

• Social Media Management: Skilled in building and managing personal or brand social media platforms.

• E-commerce Experience: Familiar with e-commerce operations; experience is an added advantage.
