Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a Producer with strong social-first experience to craft platform-native content for global audiences in Kuala Lumpur. You will ideate, script, and lead end-to-end production, collaborating with creators, talent, and country teams to uncover opportunities that maximize engagement.

You’ll manage shoots, coordinate timelines, and ensure assets align with the client’s vision while staying ahead of trends across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social-first content creation, video production, or digital creative roles.
• A strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or Shorts work.
• Deep understanding of short-form video storytelling and platform nuances.
• Excellent writing skills for scripting and conceptual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop fresh, fun, and platform-native content ideas that resonate with global audiences.
• Collaborate with creators, talent, and country teams to uncover opportunities for social content.
• Write smart, engaging scripts with multiple hooks and storytelling angles.
• Own the entire production process—from ideation to execution to delivery.
• Align timelines, stakeholders, and resources across the client, internal teams, and talent.
• Brief creators/talent, source locations, plan shoots, and manage logistics.
• For larger productions, work with videographers; for agile content, shoot it yourself.
• Be onsite for events, shoots, or activations to ensure content is captured at the highest quality and aligns with our client’s vision.
• Produce content that is specifically crafted for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Stay plugged into platform trends, editing styles, formats, and audience behaviors.
• Help educate country teams and creators on best practices for producing high-performing social content.
• Work closely with internal teams, creators, and multiple markets to maintain creative alignment and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure every asset feels true to the client’s brand while being optimized for engagement and performance.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, TikTok editing tools, and Instagram Reels editing tools.
