About the role We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join the marketing and communications team at RUPA APPAREL. This is a full-time position based in Gombak, Selangor. As a Content Creator, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering compelling visual and written content that resonates with our audience, drives brand engagement, and supports our strategic marketing objectives. This position is fundamental to building our brand presence across multiple platforms and connecting with our customers in meaningful ways.

Key responsibilities

Create high-quality, engaging visual content including photography, videography, graphics, and illustrations for use across social media, website, and marketing campaigns

Plan, conceptualise and execute content calendars across multiple digital platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant social media channels

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and develop innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to optimise future content strategy and ensure maximum reach and engagement

Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep RUPA APPAREL's content fresh and relevant

Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement on social media platforms to foster a positive brand community

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role within the marketing and communications field, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry

Proficiency in content creation tools and software including video editing software such as Cut Pro, or similar, graphic design platforms Canva and photography editing tools

Strong portfolio demonstrating your best creative work across various content formats and platforms
