Job summary

Behn Meyer Specialties (M) PLT seeks a Content & Creative Executive to plan and deliver multimedia content, including videos, photography and event highlights. The role supports copywriting and corporate marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on Adobe tools and design.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in multimedia production, a relevant diploma/degree, and a portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing and design skills. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, motion graphics, animation, photography and graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator for professional multimedia production.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics and design skills required.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a creative, proactive and dependable Content & Creative Executive to strengthen our Corporate Marketing team. The role focuses on planning and delivering multimedia content, including videos, photography and event highlights, while contributing to graphic design, copywriting and other corporate marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Manage assigned multimedia projects from concept and filming through editing and final delivery

Produce and edit corporate videos, short-form social media content, event highlights and other digital assets

Handle footage selection, sound, captions, basic motion graphics and post-production as required

Provide photography and videography coverage for corporate meetings, CSR initiatives, events and internal activities

Contribute to social media visuals, posters, banners, presentations and other marketing materials

Draft and edit short captions, video scripts, event summaries and other straightforward marketing content

Work closely with Corporate Marketing colleagues and provide cross-functional creative support based on project priorities

Manage multiple assignments, communicate progress proactively and deliver work within agreed timelines

About you

Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related discipline

Strong skills in video shooting, editing, motion graphics, animation, photography and graphic design

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator for professional multimedia and creative production

Ability to independently manage multimedia projects from concept development to final production

Good written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear and engaging marketing content

Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in multimedia production and graphic design

A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics and graphic design skills is required

Highly committed and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Positive can-do attitude; proactive and resourceful when facing challenges

Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing several priorities
