Weaver Software is seeking a Presales Consultant to partner with potential clients, analyze business requirements, and present tailored digital solutions from our Weaver platform. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure solutions address client pain points and align with strategic objectives.
The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and BPM/ERP/RPA knowledge, with travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Client requirement analysis
Present tailored demonstrations of the Weaver platform and solutions to potential clients based on their specific requirements.
Highlight the features and benefits of the proposed Weaver solution in line with the client’s strategic objectives.
Product knowledge learning:
Stay updated with the latest BPM/ERP/collaboration products, technologies, and methodologies.
Undergo regular training and certification as required by Weaver HQ.
Client relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Feedback and collaboration:
Provide feedback to the product development and technical teams based on client interactions.
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, proposals, and feedback.
Document best practices and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts.
Monitor competitors and stay informed about market trends.
Provide input to the sales and marketing teams regarding competitive positioning and market differentiation.
