Job summary

KT Lee Group is seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Kuala Pilah, Malaysia. The role focuses on supervising daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring progress meets timelines, and maintaining quality and safety on site.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and passionate about construction and property development. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in construction/site supervision.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Sales-driven with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site work progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and workers on site.
• Report site progress and issues to project manager.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality control on site.
• Ensure site safety regulations are followed.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and report updates to management.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate solutions promptly.
• Check materials delivered to site and monitor housekeeping.
• Ensure project completion within timeline and requirements.
