Job summary

HTS Suppliers is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction works at project sites in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating with the project team and external parties to ensure timely delivery and compliance with installation plans.

The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of site supervision experience, be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and be willing to travel with own transport. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience as site supervisor.
• Familiar with construction materials, equipment, machineries, etc.
• Strong organization and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to supervise and coordinate construction works on the project at site.
• Carry out structural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation including preparing project timeframe.
• Supervise, monitor and control daily works at project site including recording, monitoring, reporting and quality assurance of all installation.
• Ensure all works comply with requirements, specifications and installation plans.
• Coordinate with internal project team and external parties (client, regulatory bodies, etc.).
• Coordinate, supervise and inspect sub-con's activities at project sites on progress and deliverables.
• Monitor progress at the construction site to meet targets and maintain safe and clean working environment.
