Job summary

Visible Construction & Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities in Penang. The role involves supervising sub-contractors/workers and ensuring quality control on site, with reporting up to the Project Director/Project Manager.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of site supervision experience and hold a Diploma in a construction-related field. A valid driving license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a construction site supervisor.
• Diploma in construction-related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise sub-contractors/workers on daily tasks.
• Report daily activities to Project Director/Project Manager.
• Record and report daily site activities.
• Prepare and produce daily site diary records, weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Act as QA/QC checker for work performed on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job description

Report and update the daily work activities to the Project Director / Project Manager.

Record and report the daily site activities.

Prepare and produce daily site diary records, weekly/monthly progress reports, etc.

Act as the QA/QC checker for the work done on site.

All other duties assign by the Management or other authorized representatives.

Requirements: -

At least 3 years' experience as a construction site supervisor.

At least hold a Diploma certificate in related to the construction field.

Valid driving license, own transport, and able to travel.

Hardworking, dedicated and willing to learn.

Able to speak English and Malay.
