Kinetic Builders Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety and health matters on the construction site, ensuring compliance with DOSH/JKKP requirements and coordinating with authorities.

Candidates must hold a Degree/ Diploma in Safety and Health, a valid SSS Competency License (Yellow Book), and demonstrate strong attitude, self-motivation, and proficiency in MS Office. This role emphasizes proactive safety visits, incident investigations, toolbox talks, and close liaison

Qualifications

Degree/ Diploma in Safety and Health.
Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency License registered with DOSH / JKKP (Yellow book).
Experience dealing with relevant authorities.
Good attitude and responsible characteristics.
Good work attitude & self-motivate.
Good skill in computer such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

To oversee safety & health matters at the construction site.
To coordinate and conduct regular safety visit, audit and inspection at the site.
To perform investigation on any accident/incident and propose corrective & preventive actions.
To liaise with the relevant authorities/clients on all safety & health issues.
To conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefing, safety induction and relevant meetings with all site personnel to ensure safety & health procedures are clearly followed.
To inspect safety equipment and ensure sufficiency for all site personnel.
