Job summary

Advancecon Group is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to support Serenia City, Dengkil. You will assist the site SHO on documenting and implementing OSH programs, ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB and related regulations, and advise on best safety practices.

You will conduct regular inspections, monitor unsafe practices, coordinate with contractor safety supervisors, investigate incidents, and participate in HSE committees to drive KPI improvements across the project site.

Qualifications

Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health required.
Yellow Book certification is mandatory.
CIDB Traffic Management Officer certification is a plus.
2-3 years of construction experience preferred.
Willingness to work at Serenia City, Dengkil.

Responsibilities

Assist the site SHO with OSH program documentation and implementation.
Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB and related acts.
Advise employers on safety best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and rectify hazards.
Monitor unsafe practices and correct conditions on site.
Coordinate with contractor safety supervisors to ensure subcontractor compliance.
Investigate incidents and report near misses or accidents.
Participate in HSE committees and conduct inspections and audits.
Monitor KPIs related to safety and keep workplace activities compliant.
