Job summary

Landhon Builders is seeking a qualified civil engineer or construction manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards while coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years on building/infrastructure projects, CIDB Green Card, and strong leadership and communication skills, with familiarity with drawings, specs, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Possess CIDB Green Card; added advantage if registered with DOSH.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure construction activities are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to the Project Manager.
• Solve site issues and liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients as necessary.
• Ensure all materials and manpower are available as per the construction schedule.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
