Job summary

Landhon Builders is seeking a seasoned site professional to oversee daily operations on civil projects in Malaysia. You will ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards while coordinating subcontractors and site staff to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years’ experience, and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. CIDB Green Card and DOSH registration are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications and local regulations.
• CIDB Green Card; DOSH registration is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers and site supervisors.
• Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress and report updates to Project Manager.
• Resolve site issues and liaise with authorities, consultants and clients as necessary.
• Ensure materials and manpower are available per schedule.
• Prepare site reports and quality control documentation.
