Job summary

Fuma Building & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced site supervisor to observe progress, supervise site works and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety requirements.

You will report to management, coordinate material scheduling with head office, update on safety and health issues, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a Diploma or Professional Certificate required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building Technology/Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities

• To observe the progress of construction activities
• To supervise, check and coordinate with all involved sub-contractors for implementation of all site works in compliance with consultant's design & specification, work programme and safety requirement
• To coordinate and feedback to superior/head office for scheduling of supply and delivery of material
• To update and report to management on all site matters, work progress, safety & heath issues etc.
• Able to handle any ad-hoc duties assigned time to time
