Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in civil engineering, surveying, architecture or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in construction.
• Familiar with construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proven on-site coordination experience in Malaysia.
• Ability to read technical drawings, isometric drawings, and layout plans.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between main contractor and consultants to resolve daily site issues.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to construction schedule and avoid LAD.
• Bridge HQ project team, main contractor, and external consultants.
• Address site obstructions, material delays, and logistical issues to keep work moving.
• Verify progress claims to assist HQ QS in monthly claims.
