Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead project planning, execution and delivery in Negeri Sembilan. You will manage budgets, schedules and quality, coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.

The role requires a Civil/Engineering degree, 8+ years in construction or project management, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in construction environment or project management.
• Experience delivering a complete construction project from start to finish is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, implementation and operation of the project.
• Plan, manage and execute projects to ensure timely completion within budget and desired quality.
• Provide strong leadership to the project teams.
• Co-ordinate and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors.
• Preparation of project reporting and presentation.
• Resolve and mitigate site issues.
• Report writing and coordinate with sub-contractors.
• Manage and coordinate projects and interfacing works at site.
