Job summary

DELIMA HOLDINGS SDN BHD invites a capable Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Malaysia. You will coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure work is completed efficiently and to standard, reporting to the project manager.

The role requires a minimum diploma or degree in a related field, with priority for relevant experience. You must be able to work under pressure, follow instructions, and collaborate with contractors, vendors and authorities to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction site activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, customers, consultants, local authorities and other stakeholders to address issues and facilitate project progress
• Monitor site safety, quality control and compliance with all relevant company regulations and policies
• Provide detailed reports on project status and current project matters
