Job summary

SK8 Engineering is seeking a Site Coordinator in Malaysia to supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth communication between site teams, contractors, and management. You will monitor progress, document work, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field, 2–4 years of experience in site coordination, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in MS Office. On-site work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction/engineering site coordination.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Willing to work on-site and travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily site operations and work progress.
• Liaise with project manager, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Track project timeline and report delays or issues.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation (reports, attendance, progress updates).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Arrange site materials, deliveries, and logistics coordination.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Monitor manpower allocation and productivity on site.
• Assist in resolving site issues and elevate when necessary.
