Responsibilities

• Carry out regular and daily site inspections to monitor ongoing construction activities.
• Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans and relevant standards.
• Check construction materials delivered to site and ensure that approved materials are used in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship and construction methods and highlight any defects, deficiencies or non-compliance.
